Dorvain, officially The Commonwealth of Dorvain is a country comprising the mainland of the Dorvain continent, and the island of Scoteman. Dorvain's capital is Porlock which is also its largest urban area.

Dorvain is a constitutional monarchy, with King Albert IV currently reining. For centuries Dorvain existed as a full monarchy, but upon the rise of republicans and fear of a civil war, the monarchy compromised with republicans and turned Dorvain into a constitutional monarchy, with a legislature and a Prime Senator serving as the head of government, whilst the monarch remained a ceremonial head of state. Dorvain was a fairly conservative country until the 20th century, which saw a rise in progressive politics and liberal movements.
